- Oversee Rhino Business Affairs' Rights Administration division to advise on all catalogue Warner Music Group legal research and contract administration.- Manage a team of three attorneys and two legal administrators to advise various Warner entities including Atlantic Records, Warner Records, Roadrunner, Elektra Music Group, Warner Music UK, Warner Chappell Music, and ADA on optimal utilization of Rhino's vast catalogue repertoire.- Devise and implement catalogue rights administration systems for use throughout the Warner Music Group, including both centralized and specialized databases utilized throughout WMG.- Manage deal expirations calendar for all Warner Music Group labels, provide executive summaries and detailed financial info to navigate expirations renegotiations, and coordinate negotiations updates with label attorneys.- Responsible for administrative licensing of WMG intellectual property to an array of entities from student films to major awards shows.- Work with financial valuations team to provide context, interpretations, and executive summaries of existing deals related to ongoing catalogue acquisition negotiations, including catalogue buyouts and copyright termination.- General tracking of label legal operations as needed, and legal reference point to A&R, marketing, and other non-legal departments.
