Project Manager and Technical Lead for a team of 20+ software engineers. Oversaw all daily activities of the team including architecture, design, implementation, test, and support of software delivered to Boeing containing approximately 750K lines of code. Reviewed and maintained over 400 individual software requirements, oversaw process compliance, participated in code reviews, and planned monthly team sprints and maintained the backlog. Served as the team liaison to Boeing for all technical support, planned and supervised regularly scheduled software releases as well as patch releases, tracked and reported on bugs from creation to completion. Spearheaded an effort to utilize Sikuli for automated GUI testing. As Project Manager, responsible for budget control, status reporting, and client/project team coordination.

C++ and Java design, development, test, and maintenance on Red Hat Linux for the U.S. Army’s Brigade Combat Modernization Team (BCTM), War Fighter Machine Interface (WMI) program. Designed and developed a C++ code generator to generate, from XML, distributed services used in an existing SOA system. Maintained the automated build and test system. Assisted writing SBIR proposals. Researched and developed a prototype voice recognition system using CMUSphinx, C++, Java, and JNI for an internal robotic R&D project.

Participated on F-22A Raptor Mission Systems & Software New Architectures Department team designing and developing a C++ abstract layer over existing software to isolate host hardware and OS from application software (CMW ESMS). Participated on a software development team using C++, VC++ .NET, and XML to modernize an existing toolkit that generates binary files used by the onboard avionics of the F-22A (PCT Toolkit). Supported a research effort to study the feasibility of reusing legacy middleware code in the onboard avionics of the F-22A.
