CurrentAs an experienced insolvency practitioner, chartered accountant and restructuring specialist I advise on many stressed, distressed and insolvent business situations, with a view to finding the best outcome for stakeholders. We cover the whole of Yorkshire and the North East, and will travel further when required in support of our introducers. We work closely with Opus colleagues around the UK so can help resolve situations wherever in the UK they are located.Sometimes the financial situation for a business or an individual is so critical that the only way forward is the use of one of the formal insolvency procedures in order to bring closure or facilitate a restructuring to put the business or the individual back on a sound financial footing. Opus can provide advice on all of the UK insolvency procedures and as the Partners are all licensed Insolvency Practitioners, they act as office holder where this is appropriate.
