Mark Raphael is a senior Technology and Business Services executive, Commercial Director and Business Transformation leader with a track record of delivering value in complex global organizations. He is currently Vice President Vendor Management in the Business Process and Technology function at CocaCola Europacific Partners (CCEP) the worlds largest bottler of Coca-Cola products. In this role he is accountble for all CCEP's global technology relationships and oversees investments of more than $500m. He also recently held accountability for Technology Strategy, Innovation and Planning across the orgainsation. In his various roles he has been a leader on some of the largest anbd most challenging technology-enabled transformstions in the Conssumer Goods Industry. He is a Director of CCEP Group Services Limited, one of CCEP's operating companies. Between 2011 and 2016 he was a member of the Global Business Services and IT leadership group at SABMiller PLC (£24bn revenue) reporting to the Managing Director of Global Business Services and CIO (report of the CEO).His core portfolio at SABMiller was the company’s relationship with its 3rd party suppliers. He had oversight of more than $500m annual spend. In his role as a member of the Senior Leadership team he has been at the forefront of the globalization of the Business Services function and the formation of a full Business Services capability. He played a key role in the deployment of one of the most complex SAP-based Global Templates in any Consumer Goods company.Prior to joining SABMiller, Mark spent 15 years as a technology analyst and Management Consultant at PA Consulting Group, KPMG and Gartner. His roster of recent clients included Centrica, BP, Aviva, Lloyds TSB, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Telefonica O2, Anglo American, Vodafone and Marks & Spencer. He led teams to deliver complex IT and BPO outsourcing contracts and has managed the delivery of more than £5bn of Total Contract Value during his career. He is widely recognized as a thought leader in the area of Outsourcing and the commercial management of technology and has been acted as an Expert Witness in the High Court in London in this regard. He is an outstanding negotiator with a track record of resolving the most complex commercial challenges in a collaborative fashion with both internal and external stakeholdersHe holds a BA from the University of Cambridge.
