Specific experience includes process simulations, heat and material balance, equipment sizing, and the development of operating procedures and operating manuals. Created process safety flow diagrams, developed and audited P&IDs, and provided HAZOP oversight and training. Design experience includes water injection systems, gas lift systems, compressor stations, gas dehydration systems, and sweetening. LNG facilities pre-feed, and loading terminal. Design and commissioning of water treatment and disposal system, environmental assessments, pipeline designs and operations. Full design of early production facilities from well head to shipping point, crude oil storage facilities designs, and fire water system designs, with foam injection. Other experience includes the design of instrument air systems, and the development of cause and effect tables, design of flare systems with vapour recovery, dew point control systems, and fractionation column designs.Familiar with design and operation of topping plants.
