Responsible for maintaining long-term successful relationships at all levels with clients such as Barratt David Wilson, Bovis, Linden, Taylor Wimpey, Imperial, Wilton and Bellway Homes.Undertaking all aspects of drylining including floor screeding, metal stud partitioning, suspended ceiling systems, insulations, tacking, drylining, plastering and rendering.Managing and supplying a competent workforce whilst maintaining high quality standards in conjunction with delivering excellent customer care.Ensuring all correct certifications, RAMS and licences are in place upholding high standards of health and safety.

Responsible for managing contracts for the National House Builders. Successfully coordinating labour and materials on a daily basis. Skilled at building up and motivating a solid workforce, negotiating pay levels and managing the differing market conditions.
