I have worked in the construction industry for over 35 years, the last 19 years in management leading to my current role as Managing Director of Paddington Plastering & Drylining Ltd.  My key strengths lie in being reliable, committed and level-headed whilst working calmly under pressure. I have a strong track record of delivering and attracting repeat business, as well as pushing forward in developing new business in parallel. I manage, direct and conduct myself in an ethical manner with good man management skills.  I have excellent all-round construction knowledge and I am continually learning and developing, especially in the area of management and leadership.  I like to lead by example and I am determined to always give my best. This is reflected in my ability to consistently deliver projects on time and in budget ensuring long term relationships with all clients.
