Enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed individual who aspires to achieve at the highest level in all aspects of my professional and personal life. 15 years of experience in Senior Executive roles in large and small organisations, looking after teams from 5 to 100+.Over this time, I have developed a strong understanding of the governance and management skills needed to establish and inspire extraordinary teams to accomplish high performing business outcomes in both the public and private sectors. I enjoy the challenge of dealing with complex multi-stakeholder environments. I have a passion for contributing to organisations that make an impact on our wider community environment as well as for the direct stakeholders. This has enabled me to build a broad set of skills across many public and private sector disciplines including project and management responsibilities ranging from complex multi-stakeholder community economic development related projects to the assessment, structuring and business planning of private equity and M&A transactions across a diverse range of sectors.3.
