I have been involved in projects all across Australia and have experience with a wide range of technologies. My university degree in engineering, furthered by my Masters studies, has provided me with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. These skills, combined with my passion for renewable energy and my ability to relate and empathise with people, have allowed me to lead and inspire teams in the successful development of a number of renewable energy projects. Skills and Capabilities - In depth understanding of all facets of renewable energy project development including: resource analysis, technology assessment, economics and financial modelling, offtake arrangements, transmission network access arrangements, EPC and O&M contractual negotiations, land and environmental/development approvals, and stakeholder relations (government, local and media).- Ability to lead and manage project teams within a high pressure environment, with a successful track record of taking projects from inception through to financial close. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to rapidly develop and maintain professional relationships, along with experience in Board reporting, media interviews, conference and stakeholder/community presentations and facilitation of groups. - Strong analytical and problem solving capability developed through my studies and enhanced by my development and consulting career thus far. - High level of self motivation and a strong work ethic.
