- Maintaining and prioritizing the team’s backlog of features- Understanding and analyzing customer requests and translating them into requirements for the team- Participation in sprint ceremonies, scrums, syncs, and other meetings- Acting as a liaison between the team and management as well as a liaison between the team and the customer/end users- Acting as a representative for the team in meetings with the customer- Identifying and addressing risk areas, blockers, and concerns- Managing team performance and efficiency- Managing the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams- Prioritizing product features and requirement backlogs compromising both the business needs and technical readiness- Provide leadership and guidance to the train team
