A proven performer, previous experience includes responsibility for a number of District & Unitary services, SRO for the Councils successful £20m Digital Cornwall Programme and instigator of the pioneering devolution model for the Cornwall's Library Services. Passionate about driving customer centric continuous improvement through a blend of people and digital at Cornwall Council - one of the largest Unitary authorities in the country.Alongside my Cornwall Council role im also a Non Exec Director for Cornwall Housing Ltd.
