Developed and executed an outsourcing strategy that transitioned 350+ electrical and avionic harness jobs to Mexico. Accountable for internal harness operations as well as the outsouring effort.- Transitioned 350+ union positions to Mexico resulting in $22M to $33M in annual savings- Structured a formal technical data and tool transfer process to validate internal practices and supplier produced first articles- Maintained 100% customer material availability through co-production strategies- Structured a retention program which retained 100% of the targeted individuals- Developed a comprehensive communication strategy to keep impacted employees informed- Initiated job training and job availability process that enabled 100% of dispalced workers to get jobs if they so desired- Issued WARN notifications
