Writes mobility air force training policy for AMC Commander and A3 approval. Travels to operating bases to inspect personnel on adherence of policy, technical orders and publications. Ensure all Aircrew adhere to publishes documents to safely train and operate the KC-10 aircraft. Managed KC-10 and KC-135 Design Operational Capability (DOC) statements and 39 aviation Unit Type Codes (UTCs).
