* Implemented an initial driver training program, as well as a required defensive driver training program, and a GPS/assessment system to continue to improve our vehicle usage and drive down our vehicle incident rates which has resulted in a 87% reduction in vehicle-related incidents.* Implemented a near-miss and safety suggestion program to develop our safety culture. These improvements have resulted in a 100% reduction in OSHA recordables for FY2020 & FY2021.* Implemented a paperless safety audit, inspection, and analytics program to better track our performance and make it easier to share our safety records with the entire team.* Implemented a paperless NEO/Training program to eliminate the vast number of pages which must then be maintained, stored, referenced, etc. for documentation.  Incorporated a Behavioral Based Safety Program to all levels of operations and managed compliance with all aspects of the IES Corporate Safety Program. Formed and facilitated a Safety Leadership Team of a variety of employment levels to address and correct safety issues. Conducted all New Employee Orientation and all OSHA and IES mandated training for employees. Ensured Operations and Production managers follow best practices while maintaining safety protocol through pre-job safety assessments and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly hazard analysis and awareness training.  Collaborated with all Field management to ensure proper jobsite/task planning is used with best safe practices. Produced accountability and compliance with all levels of management through safety compliance audits/ inspections resulting in less accidents and OSHA citations. Conducted Accident/Incident investigation and collaborated with the insurance carrier to ensure proper claims management and root cause analysis.  Guaranteed document control for compliance for all federal, state, and local laws as well as IES Corporate regulations and insurance laws. Mitigated loss and ensured lower accidents, lower EMR, and lower risks which allowed for greater job bid opportunities and lower insurance premiums.
