Start Power Generation Division in Ft Lauderdale. I gave weekly seminars to technicians when we acquired another company because of tremendous growth the first year.

Started the service department and the rental department [linked to Aggreko.] Got up to 5 technicians in Miami FL. Started a branch in Clearwater FL. Product lines included Onan, Generac, Westerbeak and Generac Generators. As a distributor we had 300 dealerships for the Onan product line. Assembled Circuit boards for the first fax. Moved to Wave soldering machine solder boards. Complaining of boredom and achieving a steady 140% production I was given 3 day of extensive testing and promoted to a S12 inspector. This was more boring than assembly returned to Bausch and lomb for 33% of the pay Xerox provided. however it 25% raise on the previous B&L salary. Sometimes it isn't about the money but interesting work on a daily basis..

Oversee Quality Control and attend meetings. Do Quality Assurance Testing and inspections on accesories, accesory packaging and lens packaging using envromental control control chambers, drop vibration testing equipment.

Organize Customer Accesory Returns Department and report failure trends to Soflens Engineering Manager, Quality Control Manager, Production Manager and Marketing Manager. Provide failure examples and attend product improvement meetings.

Ship products for the Soflens division. Hired as Packer promoted to Top Packer in 8 weeks.
