I am Mark 54 and 8years ago I weighed 21st 6 3/4lbs and lost over 6 stone and wanted to help other people so I retrained to become what I am today a Level 3 Personal Trainer as I want to help others change their life.Completed the Cardiff Half Marathon in both 2015 & 2016.Most Inspiring Learner Award Vale of Glamorgan Adult Learners Week 2015.Role Model Award Vale of Glamorgan Adult Learners Week 2016.I have also set and ran a Womens Softball Cricket Team with Barry Athletic Cricket Club Level 1 Cricket Coach.
