I have been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years, and during this time I have organised multiple group exercise launches, gym challenges and charity events. My dedication to my position is highly remarkable and can be proven by the success of the events that I have coordinated over the years.I have been recognised for my efforts by being awarded with “Employee of the Year” nominated for the customer choice award twice and received the “Mayor's Individual Award for Service to the Community”. More recently I have been nominated for the Sporta “Outstanding Achievement Award”.In my current role I coordinate and supervise the fitness programmes at multiple sites. I am passionate about the fitness industry and I am committed to improving the health and wellbeing of individuals.   I work for Halo leisure. My job title is Fitness Manager.I oversee the running of the Gyms/Fitness Suites at four separate sites. I am also the coordinator of a vast variety of fitness classes across the four sites.I am responsible for collating the key performance indicators for group exercise and total workouts.Part of this role is to keep up with current fitness trends, promote fitness activity plans, programmes and gym challenges to improve customer retention.
