 In-charge of sectional machine operations which includes ovens, depositing machinery and mixing equipment.  Started off as a depositor and quickly rose to take over the position of machine operator.  In-charge of quality assurance and maintaining hourly records of quality verifications in a 12-hour time-frame. Conducting new recruits training sessions and assisting onboarding process.

 I was given the privilege of leading and initiating this new start-up business as a secondary source of income to the company. Gained vast amount of knowledge in the fields of event management and equipment involved.  Coordinated with suppliers from China, Korea and Japan for Grade A audio, visual and lighting equipment. Led the teams pre-selected teams involved with hiring new recruits to fill available positions in a short period of time.  Heavily involved in administration coordination. Setting up meetings with international high-end clients, to expose opportunities of investments with the change in the current technological era.

 Served the company as the Chief Operations Officer and being responsible for the group of companies and its overall Operations.  Planning and executing financial budgets and when necessary performing cost cutting.  Between 2017 to 2019 headed the community outreach program. Training and reviewing managers and staff performances. Inventory management and observing quality on raw materials delivered to the factories. Ensuring all policies and acts enforced are followed in a proper manner. Staff scheduling and forecasting supply based on seasonal trends.

 Customer service and Merchandising. Inventory Management and coordination with main warehouse on product orders. Introduced the KPI performance review structure and personally monitored until it was successful. Later integrated with the entire portfolio of stores throughout UAE. Handling billing inquiries and customer complaints. Actively involved and led warehouse sale events held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
