DUTIES:MDT Administrator for the City of Cuyahoga Falls Communications DivisionDispatch IT support,and administrator for equipment. Setup, repair and administrator for Police and Fire Vehicles outfitted with computers (MDT's) utilized in CAD to CAR Dispatching. This is to include cellular modem technology fitted for each vehicle. Public Record Administrator:Maintain, back-up, and supply recorded phone calls, ALI data, MDT messaging,and or radio traffic to our Fire,Police, county and city prosecutors and the general public in format requested.ILINCS administrator:Setup and administer ILINCS for PD Mobile networking abilities. Required knowledge in the AS400 iseries database for police and fire records.Make changes to the system for setting up new employees. Security clearance for looking up police records on cases needing reviewed.Special projects assigned by The Cuyahoga Falls IT DepartmentMember of the Summit County PSAP Sub-Committee. Regularly attend meeting representing The City of Cuyahoga Falls Dispatch Center where discussions and input is shared with other PSAPs and decisions are made regarding protocol, technical, and financial issues.Active lead member of Consolidation talks to combine CF-STOW PSAP centers to a regionalized Summit County Dispatch Center targeted for 2017.
