Mark Reiland is someone you can believe in. Being a Navy veteran, he brings you steadfast dedication, a strong work ethic and an ability to communicate effectively. He takes ownership in all he does. His strength in logistics, strong working knowledge of DOT, OSHA , and government agencies is just a sampling of what can be brought on board to your organization. With 16 years in the transportation industry, he has logged a million violation free miles. Accomplishments include being elected to the 2018/2019 WI Road Team, which teaches kids about semi-trucks and how to share the road with cars. He has been a driver, a driver trainer, Driver Training Manager and now a Safety Manager. Currently responsible for a $40 million dollar facility and 375 employees. OSHA 300 compliance.He has a Bachelor's Degrees from Lakeland University. Double majors in Marketing and the other in Communication. CPR/AED certified.OSHA 30 certification (General Industry), CEAS-I (in progress), ASP certification by fall of 2024.He also has extensive experience in safety, whether DOT, OSHA, Hazmat or DoD. He focuses on human development, a focus on training and focus on safety in all aspects of business operations.He has the ability to think beyond what merely is, and seek to explore the world of what could be. The adventure of daily problem-solving is what brings him constant satisfaction. He remains humble, always approachable and is not afraid to talk with anyone. Whether it is a business processes or a product, he remains concentrated on results. Ultimately, his motivation is customer happiness and eco-friendly ideas. His happiness is capped off by loving his wife, Nicole while seeing their children grow and mature. The yin to his yang is sailing, being out on his boat and living life's joys one wave at a time. With extensive travel under his belt and more to come, this will only add to his ability to understand people and cultures better
