Coordinate construction with JGC partners located in Yokohama Japan including execution planning, design development for constructibility including civil, site, mechanical, and piping. Responsible for all aspects of piping coordination and execution for phase I and Phase II effort.

I develop highly detailed estimations and proposal for mid to large EPC projects. I work directly with both the engineer on file and the client to create a full scope of work with all costs and budget requirements applied as well as a schedule for delivery. Most projects must be executed without interruption to production schedules. This requires strategic planning and very detailed collaboration between departments from the field level to the senior executive level. To execute such projects, many factors must be considered to limit exposure to both the EPC firm as well as the client. Detailed cost reporting and changes of scope with positive outcomes become a part of the daily requirements. As many projects begin as only a concept, I assist the client and the engineering firm on file in a full development of the project scope of work. Approval of contract terms, payment schedule of values, cost projections by percentage completions, as well as many cases directly managing field operations. Able to read, interpret P&IDs, ISO, Schematics, Architectual drawings, structural, ASME code, API standards, engineering data, and most standards or drawings associated with multi discipline crafts.

Lambert Field - Mechanical and piping based role as well as commercial and architectural. The position included all aspects of a large-scale JET A fueling compliance project which includes for major airport operations, civil and site development, electrical, architectural, pipeline, FAA requirements, county and city requirements, permitting, SWPP. We utilized detailed reporting using Procore, scheduling, and budget controls. Engineering interpretations and execution per specification and design. Strategic management of all construction activities of sub-contractors. This role carried multiple responsibilities in multiple disciplines with site safety as a forefront.Motiva Enterprises-Phases 1 and 1A for joint venture expansion at Motiva Chemical Port Arthur Texas. Role included all aspects of large-scale mechanical, site and civil refinery-based project. Strategic execution, preparation, and planning which included but was not limited to, all chemical process piping, mechanical, underground dispositions, engineering coordination, sub-contractor scope and management, soil remediations, daily and weekly client progress reporting which included budget, scheduling, sub-contractor productivity factors and manpower curves.

Implemented fast track company growth by creating a solid infrastructure plan which generated substantial revenue. Worked closely with the CEO/owner to expand company business in the EPC market by utilizing business development marketing agents. Generated specialized estimation template for medium to large scale construction projects. AWS self-performed as well as utilized sub-contractors in multiple disciplines. which included mechanical, piping, civil, marine, and electrical. Projects values varied for both domestic and international. Senior agent to all estimators, project managers, superintendents, and engineers. Managed large scale fabrication facility to support field services and projects which where both nationally and internationally based. Implemented fast track production line for global projects. Supervised shipping to international clients for end user products and/or fabricated products. Manufacturing included piping, ASME, API vessels and tanks, skids, specialized structure, process systems, & piping.
