Having a Direct Reporting line to the Managing Director I was responsible for: Business Development and Sales, Tendering and Project Management, Financial Planning and Strategy, Health and Safety legislative compliance with on site management, Relationship Management with key clients and account owners, Human Resources, training and development. Accountable for obtaining profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives.
