For over 20 years, I have been providing investment banking services and have been an active investor in private companies, venture capital funds, private equity funds, real estate, alternative assets and public securities. Since 2006, I have been CEO of MER Advisors I Inc. which is an investment bank specializing in selling middle market ($10M to $200M) healthcare related companies (over $1 billion in closed transactions). Since 2002, I have been CEO of MER Enterprises LLC which is a real estate investment company focused on apartments, trailer parks, office buildings, subdivisions, residential and ranches. Prior to 2002, I was CEO of 3 operating companies in addition to the real estate investment company and investment bank giving me over 25 years’ experience operating companies. I am also a corporate attorney and CPA.
