I am a member of the overall HR leadership team. I lead the reward, pension and global mobility functions while also overseeing the financial management of the division (team of 14). I manage all strategic and operational reward issues at UCL, including our overseas campuses. My responsibilities have included include remuneration committee support, pay structure design, job grading, policy overhaul and benchmarking. Amongst other things, I advise on senior hire packages, retention plans, annual salary reviews, benefts and long term incentives. I consult with stakeholders across the university, including senior managers and unions.

Responsible for developing HR policy, managing employment tribunals and working on key strategic projects. This included a project to harmonise and streamline our pay and grading structure.

I was responsible for giving advice on pay and HR casework and the diversity and evaluation strategy for the organisation which was rated outstanding by a government inspection.

I undertook pay modelling and evaluated a wide range of roles. I supported an executive pay project.

I was a member of a recruitment team running assessment centres to recruit a high number of new recruits to tight deadlines. I covered the leadership of the team, ensuring that we remained on track against targets.
