I have been in the construction industry for 25 years and prior to that served in the Royal Marines with 42 Commando.In 1999, myself and Craig Foster set up BWI, a fit out and refurbishing contracting company which we grew to a turnover of £85 million.In August 2014 I stepped back into a non executive Role after recruiting an new CEO to take over the running of the business and lead it into it's next growth phase.This has allowed me to focus on other pursuits that are important to me providing a more balanced life around personal development, travel, property development, volunteering, sport, mentoring and supporting individuals and other businesses.BW is one of the UK's leading workplace fit out and refurbishment experts. From our London base we carry out projects across London and Southern England. We want to be the best delivering remarkable work, defect free, and by a team that you enjoy working with.
