Key projects and experience: Part of the Company’s Senior management Team reporting to the board of directors. Preparation of Information Memorandum data for the sale of shares to a new equity partner. Prepared information for and was a team member of Six Sigma Continuous Improvement projects. Worked with valuation company’s and prepared information for the valuation of inventory, buildings and plant & machinery for financing and insurance purposes. Set up foreign exchange hedging facilities with banks and FX brokers. As Business Process Owner I worked with the Group’s SAP consultants to prepare the Blueprint for the SAP implementation project. I worked with E&Y and the Company’s senior management team to prepare a major R&D claim, and KPMG to prepare a land remediation relief claim. I worked with a Rates valuation Company to reduce the Company’s rateable value and claim for empty buildings relief.
