District Executive (Concho Valley Council in San Angelo, TX), Conducted the day to day operations of a geographical territory of 21,000 square miles. Responsible for the recruitment of Scouts and Leaders. Trained Leaders and provided necessary resources for them. Conducted outdoor programs. Conducted annual fundraising campaigns in fourteen communities. Started a summer camp Ranching Program aimed at older Scouts. District Director (Bay Area Council in Galveston, TX). Supervised two other District Executives and a Para-Pro while overseeing my own District. Started at Ranching Program at their Camp. Manages the Council's Family Finance Campaign. Served as a long term Camp Director for eight camping programs. Staff Advisor for the Order of the Arrow. Field Director (Longhorn Council, Waco, TX). Managed five District Executives and all Office Staff in the Waco Office. Camp Director for two summers at Worth Ranch. Held multiple special event fundraisers including a Good Scout Dinner hosted by Drayton McLane. Chief Operating Officer (Buffalo Trail Council, Midland, TX). Managed one of the largest Scout Camps / Ranches in the Country. Managed $1 Million+ budget for Buffalo Trails Scout Ranch. Also supervised all Field Staff and some Office Staff. Responsible for annual fundraising efforts and events.

Oversaw multiple departments in the McLane Company Grocery Distribution Center.Produced schedules for over 300 employees, tracked absences and controlled over time.Tracked all errors, damaged product and Departments were: Full Case Department. Oversaw the loading of all "bulk or full case" products. Loaded the daily "picks" for conveyor belt employees. Monitored progress at all times. Convenience Store Department. Oversaw the loading of all products going specifically to Convenience Stores. Loaded the daily "picks" for conveyor belt employees. Monitored progress at all times. "Merge" Supervisor. The "Merge" is where all conveyor lines come together. We averaged fifty four loaded trucks (53') per shift. This involved constant monitoring of the merging, sorting and and the distribution of products to the correct bay.

This ran concurrently with my other role at Baylor University.Director of the Bear Fund (Annual Giving Program)Responsible for the strategy of the Annual Giving Program. This included: Who was to be solicited. How they were to be solicited. I.e. use of Student Call Center, direct mail, personal solicitation, electronic, or all techniques. Time of year for solicitation.Call Center was director responsible for $420,000 in funds raised when I started in 2005. In 2007, the Call Center raised over $1,000,000 for the first time. In 2009, we raised over $2,000,000.

Led a group of Volunteer Board Members to select and fund annual projects that benefited Baylor University as well as the community of Waco, Texas. Project proposals were solicited from staff and faculty at Baylor. Those projects were presented to the Board of Directors for selection. Project scope ranged from $2,000 to over $100,000. Some projects included; a new "Bear Habitat" for the live bears on campus; a new "Autism Learning Center" on campus, a new Mechanical Horse for a new Equine Therapy Program off of campus.
