* Executed drawing changes initiated by factory (Advanced Thermal Hydronics), using SolidWorks 2018, then notified corporate partner (Mestek) of changes through Engineering Change Request (ECR) system.* Drove ECRs through review process then into approval process as an Engineering Change Notice (ECN) then finalized ECN loop when change was implemented.* Audited the Bill of Materials to correctly coincide with manufacturing use and inventory, notified Mestek of changes using ECR system.* Consolidated and updated Bill of Materials (BoMs) of KN Boiler Line for 'Assembled to Order' system using Friedman's Frontier Product Catalog Management software.* Asked by employer to assume increasing responsibilities in Boyertown Foundry's (sister company) machine shop, leading to involvement in the CNC Machine Operator Program at Reading Area Community College.* Amended CNC programs as needed to keep machined castings within specifications on all of Boyertown Foundry's six 2.5-axis machining centers: Two Doosan 1000s, Doosan 8000, Doosan 5100, KIA KH-80G, and Mazak HMC.* Acted as ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor for both Advanced Thermal Hydronics and Boyertown Foundry.
