DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Sensitization, awareness creation and community mobilization on food and nutrition security and livelihoods activities• Ensure timely and high quality delivery of the food security and livelihood interventions of the project which include climate smart agriculture, Savings and Loans, and disaster risk management.• Participate in meetings to share progress on food security and livelihood interventions with stakeholders• Produce periodic and timely project progress reports as required by the Programme Manager.• Ensuring effective collaboration and networking with relevant development structures at local level, consortium partners and government stakeholders• Ensure timely implementation of all the planned actions on food security and livelihood interventions in accordance with the annual work plans and budget.• Participate in the programme monitoring at district level• Help in conducting nutrition assessments• Ensure that holistic, people- centred and participatory approaches are promoted • Empower children, youths, women and communities to sustainably become agents of change themselves• Promote natural resource conservation and forest landscape restoration among the youth and rural communities • Represent the organisation as delegated by either supervisor or ED • Any other duties as assigned by Programme Manager and Executive DirectorACHIEVEMENTS• Conducted Organisational Capacity Development (ECD) using Organisational Capacity Assessment Tool (a.k.a OCA Tool) funded by Save the Children International.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Entering data in DHIS2 and ODK for health programmes [Sexual Reproductive Health Rights] (SRHR), HIV Testing Services (HTS), Cervical Cancer Screening (VIA), Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and Gender Based Violence (GBV)]• Resolving deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution before entry.• Maintaining database by entering new and updated client information.• Ensure teams have sufficient tools for data collection.• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results and targets as needed.• Implementing and maintaining high data quality standards and M&E SOP guidelines at site level.• Performing regular data quality assessments with support from MERL Officer.• Maintaining client’s confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Marketing all Bunda Farm products and achieving sales targets.• Conducting market research and advising the production team on customer needs.• Monitoring and evaluation of all farm project activities.• Writing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.ACHIEVEMENTS:• Produced 2020/2021 budget for field crops on 135 hectares of land.• Established computerised sales reporting system for all Bunda Farm shops.• Introduced digital marketing solutions to marketing farm products (underway).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Conducting trainings for smallholder business cooperatives.• Liaising with smallholder business cooperatives to markets.• Facilitating and training of smallholder VSLAs groups in various communities.• Attending clients’ queries on trade related issues e.g. business registrations.• Conducting business licensing campaigns and issuing out business licences.• Promoting business registration and issuing out business certificates.• Collecting and entering data for foreign-owned businesses in Ntcheu.• Collecting and entering data for MASAF IV project.• Conducting vulnerability assessments to come up with beneficiaries using District Community Protection Committees (DCPCs).• Identifying and registering beneficiaries using National IDs.• Community mobilisation and identification of relief items’ distribution sites.• Distribution of relief items to beneficiaries both in once off and normal times.ACHIEVEMENTS:• Appointed team leader for 2019/2020 business licensing campaign.• Provided business facilitation trainings to CCJP youth entrepreneurs.• Designed a data collection questionnaire for the foreign owned businesses survey.• Managed to maintain peace during the entire distribution process.• Fistributed the relief items accordingly without shortages and complaints.• Wrote comprehensive reports for the field works after data collection.
