I am currently a technician at Morepour,which provide a range of services to the beer,wine and soft drinks industry including: drinks dispense installation,drinks dispense equipment,line cleaning,technical service and maintenance. Morepour are also a sub-contract company which have contracts with Diageo,Shepherd neame,Asahi,Innserve which to name a few,I myself have installed products and attended accounts for maintenance I.E fault finding and have done line cleaning to have beer dispensed at optimum level in quality and taste.

My job role for Greene king was a assistant manager at the Kings arms Westerham and the chequers inn at Maresfield OEI branded hotels not at the same time. The following is what i have gained experience in:⦁ training and supervising up to 30 staff members⦁ Stock counts and holding levels⦁ Marketing⦁ Cash handling⦁ Dealing with contractors in regards to mantainence of the pub⦁ Dealing with NSF and EHO and all aspects of health and safety⦁ Fully kitchen trained⦁ Working with higher levels of management and communicating effectively often

The Smugglers rest is a restaurant and is owned by Mitchells and butler and falls under the Vintage inns brand. When I first joined the Smugglers rest I started off as a front of house full time team member.I then worked my way up to team leader then on to become a assistant manager. The Smugglers rest had 300 covers and at times especially during the summer with being placed at a good destination spot, this can be challenging to manage but at times like that I feel I perform and strive to achieve to my optimum. We had a very high drinks trade with a food to drink split of 65/35 and I have played a very active part and been involved in managing the cellar and stock control.
