It Manager At Aramark
CurrentResponsible for designing and maintaining Windows Server infrastructure for ARAMARK. Manager of a team that architects and manages ARAMARK's Active Directory, both in the US and globally. Our team also manages 2500+ Windows based servers (both physical and virtual) in Aramark's corporate headquarters and field locations. Responsibilities include server monitoring (using Microsoft System Center 2012), server patching (SCCM), Enterprise Antivirus (Symantec), hardware upgrades & maintenance (largely IBM xSeries servers). Maintain 80+ ESX hosts globally. Managed and maintain Bluecoat SG reverse-proxy devices that front end 400+ internet-facing ARAMARK websites. Worked extensively with Quest Migration Manager (QMM) for high profile corporate & international Active Directory and Exchange migrations (including Ireland, Chile, SeamlessWeb, RMKC, Healthcare). Architected and managed 10+ Citrix XP server farms with Secure Gateway / Client-Access gateway (CAG) devices. Built and maintained an enterprise-grade 2012 based printing environment (400+ print devices). Participated in numerous bi-yearly Disaster Recovery exercises that create, test, and refine ARAMARK's IT procedures for quickly recovering our infrastructure in case of disaster.
