After enjoying 10 years teaching in a variety of high schools I transitioned to a role developing the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award for 15 years. In my current role within the Sport Integrity Unit within the Office of Sport, I've enjoyed being part of essential work keeping our kids safe. My highlights included the partnerships I've forged with the Office of the Children's Guardian, the development of the Child Safe eLearning modules, and being the first Agency to finalise their Child Safe Action Plan.I offer exceptional people and relationship management and communication skills. I possess a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong partnerships within the Corporate, Community/Cultural, Education and Government sectors.I am dynamic, strategic and results-driven. With a management style based on opencommunication, collaboration and integrity, combined with my strong team and project leadershipskills. I have demonstrable success in delivering set objectives and providing exceptional projectmanagement and business planning from design, delivery and evaluation.
