Joined CSC as a supervised test team leader and was assigned to work at Zurich finance in Swindon. Lead several test phases for delivery of an underwriting engine for online mortgage applications.Experience Development:First experience as a test team lead and within that role steered an 8-strong team to scheduled completion of 3 test phases of releases.
