Responsibilities include:Working directly under the supervision of the Production manager to coordinate the BG Builds teams, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met;Tracking each Background in production through its various stages and ensuring schedules are adhered to;Ensuring that all artists updated materials (designs, scripts, pick-ups, etc.);Liaising with Directors and the BG Supervisor to make sure feedback/notes/revisions are provided in a timely manner;Liaising with the Design Coordinator for board pulls;Inputting data from BG Builds Supervisor and assigning work to artistsEnsuring BG Builds materials are completed and passed to the Layout Coordinator;Effectively communicating priorities, issues, schedules, and pertinent production info/events as needed
