Responsible for performance and training of the mens team and part of the clubs senior leadership team. My first coaching role after a successful 15 year playing career during which I won county caps at Northamptonshire, Sussex and Yorkshire. My main responsibility was running the second team. This included the planning of fixtures, practice and all match days. I also supported the Head Coach with the first team when fixtures permitted. I was responsible for managing the winter programme for all the professionals.

This England Lions tour to South Africa included both a test match and a three match ODI series. I was responsible for overseeing strategy, practice, selection and performance against the agreed tour objectives. I was in charge of a large and multi-discipline staff and there were many sub plots to the tour with several players on stand-by for the full England test team and competing for the final places in the 2015 World Cup.
