Led strategy and negotiations leading to lease of an Airbus A330 lease for utilization in US Transcom Civilian Reserve Air Fleet Program, and subsequently with Turkish Airines.Led in actualization of cost cutting measures supported by unionized work force of approximately 500 employees, while maintaining near perfect on-time performance in military and US Marshall "Con-Air" operations. Led all legal activities including governance, SEC compliance, employment law, transactions, commercial development and disputes and environmental matters.
