Gas Facilities Project at Al Khafji Joint Operations (KJO)Duties and responsibilities:Deploy temporary facility officessetup devices such as laptops, desktop computers and printersSupport in setting up the internet connectionUploading the documents securely to share from Saudi Arabia to South KoreaAttend and taking minutes of meeting for:- HSE meeting between Subcontractors.- Construction meeting between the client and subcontractors.- Procurement weekly meeting.- Commissioning - Interfaces with other Contractors.Submit Document Control weekly reports - In and out official correspondence, document transmittal and Vendor drawings document- Document pending list with client - Engineering deliverable Issue for Construction (IFC) report- Material Approval Request Report- Accurately enter and update information in Daewoo's and Client’s document management systems. - Updating, Receiving and downloading the latest records from head office.- Maintain the correspondence and transmittal reference number records.- Communicate to head office and plan the project document submittal.- Maintain document control databases of company, client & vendor.• Oracle Project Contract Management (Expedition) • Barocon• FTP server- Expediting Client approval for procedures, vendor documents and engineering deliverable.- Process all document received from all departments.- Issue IFC drawings & procedures to all concerned departments.- Regularly (daily & weekly) checking the back-up files to ensure all data are secured and retrievable. - Supervising document control team assigned to specific subcontractors.- Establish and implementing document control procedures to achieve smooth operations.- Conduct document control system tools training for the new members of the project.
