VT, Inc. is six billion dollar privately held investment organization- Responsible for strategic planning, business development and strategic partnership initiatives, and financial planning and management for Fastcorp LLC.- Led strategic alliance with Unilever to start-up frozen vending business in Southern California. Built business to $1.7 million in annual sales in first year of operation.- Sourced and negotiatied strategic acquisition of Lone Star Ice Cream (a $4 million Texas based ice cream vending company) which provided access to exclusive distribution rights for Mini-Melts ice cream products in the state of Texas.

Key areas of focus included Finance, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, and Operations. - Developed and implemented financial controls, and critical processes and systems to manage business and grow business. - Formed exclusive contracts with Mars, Inc., Unilever, and Frito-Lay resulting in net sales growth of 81%.- Facilitated successful sale of company to VT, Inc.

- Responsible for Marketing and New Business Development for the Foodservice, Clubs, and Vend Channels across all Frito-Lay brands (one $ billion in annual revenue). - Led National Accounts, and New Business Development teams responsible for Product and Packaging Innovation, linkage to Corporate Marketing initiatives, and development of new business access points. Created $40 million in new revenue during tenure.

- Led team of eight regional Finance Directors responsible for achievement of sales, profit, and market-share objectives ($2.5 billion in annual revenue).- Achieved 12% profit growth while maintaining market share growth momentum.- Promoted consistently throughout 17 year career with Frito-Lay beginning as a Production Supervisor. Positions included: Plant Controller, Financial Analyst, Area Finance Manager, and Area Finance Director.
