Mark D Rogers BA (Hons) Chartered MCSI After a successful academic career at Exeter University, Mark joined Employee Benefit specialists Noble Lowndes & Partners in 1982 and worked there for five years, spending time in both their Croydon and Birmingham offices. In 1987 Mark moved to the N Brown Group plc., eventually becoming Life & Pensions Director of the Birmingham Division. In 1995 Mark established Clay Rogers Financial Management Ltd with Tim Clay which in 2006 went directly regulated and formed Clay Rogers & Partners Ltd. Clay Rogers was acquired by Succession Group Ltd on 16th September 2016 .During his career, Mark has developed a specialism in the Corporate, High Net Worth and Employee Benefits arena, particularly in devising exit strategies for Owner Managed businesses, asset allocation modelling for pension and private portfolios and the complex issues surrounding pensions and divorce. Mark was humbled to be named in the Citywire/New Model Adviser Top 100 Financial Planners in the Country. Mark is a “New Model” Adviser who believes that cash flow modelling after agreeing clients’ full aims and objectives is vital to the professional financial planning process. Mark has attained the “Diploma in Professional Financial Advice” which validates the above. Mark is also Chairman of “The Cellar Club”, a highly influential gathering of 30 top Professional Financial Planners in the Midlands. The Cellar Club meets on a regular basis to discuss and debate significant industry issues and attracts high level speakers from all walks of life. In his spare time, Mark is an accomplished musician, singer/songwriter who released an album " A Brave New World" on the Incremental Music Label ( www.incrementalmusic.co.uk).It is available on I-Tunes and all major on-line outlets. .All proceeds go to various charities.
