I wrote over 24 enhancements to the QTN system including but not limited to● A VMS background job submitter responsible for submitting jobs across a VMS multinode-cluster. ● An HTML email enhancement that allowed QTN to utilize the VMS mail system to submit HTML formatted emails to the Quest Billing System (QBS). It was used to automatically notify the billing system when a client change occurred on a given accession and provide the billing system user with unit code information that was used to issue a credit to the original client that was erroneously billed. ● I analyzed a Point of Collection Testing order entry defect that required updates to the "rules engine" built into QTN in the form of a data dictionary that allowed conditional testing of data elements defined within ^QTNDD at the USAGE level that was preventing the successful import of HL7 formatted input files.● I wrote several enhancements to the Transfer ID screen to enable (Autodial Groups/Tranfer IDs) to work in conjunction with with an Electronic Data Interface (EDI) Summary report that I designed and implemented. This new report provided clients with a list of accessions that were previously transmitted to the client in the form of a series of result files. The output format supported both Web Service and secure Hypersend delivery methods as well as traditional RMS file output.● A Call Center Interface (CCI) enhancement that employed a new workflow for the front end (written in VB6) and enhancements to the back end (written in Cache 2009.1.3). For this project I did a partial rewrite of the front-end to make use of design patterns (I used a model-view-controller). In addition, I wrote several back-end enhancements and a security patch that was triggered by the Cache VM control upon login.Environment: VB6, Cache Object Script 2013.1.2 and 2009.1.3, Microsoft SharePoint 2007 Server, HTML, WINDOWS XP/7, Visio 2010, Confluence Wiki, Rally, Borland StarTeam 2009, HP Service Manager, SAM
