In my positions as IT Senior EngineerI upgraded two core network hardware from design and specification through project management, creating pre and post-test plans and monitoring maintenance periods, staff, and communications. I implement a nine site European wide migration through server and helpdesk staff leadership. I deliver consultative support to 10 sites across Europe, remotely, and via support visits. I streamline daily operations of LAN, WAN, WLAN & Telecoms, physical and virtual servers, comprising data storage, SAN and backup, Cisco unified call manager and voice mail system, and active directory.Following is the my key achievement:♦ Administered replacement process of European network core and a distribution stack, including scoping replacement equipment, justifying decision to CAPEX committee, co-operating with suppliers and business leaders, and leading and organising staff.

In my past role as Regional Infrastructure ArchitectI led, motivated, and coached team for network and server environment. I replaced WAN & communications provider across 10 sites in North America. I oversaw 10Gbps WAN replacement of existing vendor across seven sites in Tennessee integrating with local vendors for three out of state, comprising redundant design, QoS, Web Filtering, Firewall, and bridging to Mexico. I implemented change control system, conducted system and network traffic data analysis, standardised work statement, and supported 11 sites across three different states, remotely and via support visits.Following are highlights of my key achievements that I attained:♦ Replaced legacy MRP system and conducted stress testing before Go-Live to determine the robustness of system.♦ Identified system requirements as well as developed and implemented test plans through with the collaboration of specialists from all areas of the business.♦ Spearheaded project functions from initial specification, costing, installation, and sub-contractors management.

While working as CIS Senior Engineer to perform duties, including:I managed and rationalised physical data centre migration operations to a purpose built 14 rack hot aisle environment. I monitored distributed virtual environment, containing 10 physical hosts and over 80 virtual servers. I administered project deployment, system upgrades, new site setups, and site location moves by travelling throughout the European division.The key achievement that I achieved during this period:♦ Managed significant challenges associated with the data centre migration from one physical site to another.♦ Planned and executed measurement to meet specific success criteria of physical office relocation project.
