Mark joined TecSol to take their largest customer, HM&S Hospital Services, through the year 2000 upgrades required to their legacy IBM AS/400 BPCS system, completing the project on-time and with no downtime to the business. Mark was the second software developer in what became a larger team, leading technology choice and adoption, from IBM AS/400 RPG programming language, and TAS Professional on the PC, to object-oriented languages including Visual FoxPro.
