Advised and consulted with the Regional Director and senior MMS management on procedural and policy matters related to highly diverse topics. -Prepared outreach plan and guidelines (goals and objectives) for the Florida Panhandle (Eastern Gulf of Mexico). Established a satellite office in Pensacola Office and recruited regional personnel to fill the temporary staffing details. -Prepared Secretarial Issue Documents which analyzed and presented decision options concerning individual lease sales, including the development of sale configuration, lease terms and conditions, social benefits and costs, and bidding systems options. -Directed regional scientific staff in all aspects of NEPA document development and their accurate use of scenarios in analyses.-As an oceanographer/analyst, wrote sections and collected data for inclusion in environmental documents, studies, technical papers and reports.
