Oversight and Management of five functional teams to deliver double digit growth for VSO UK, including individual giving, corporate, philanthropy and program funding, community and data and insight teams. Member of VSO UK's senior management team and VSO's global fundraising management team.

Leadership of a dynamic team of innovative fundraisers and marketeers who pioneered Christian Aid's first major gift campaign and Philanthropy advice service.

Responsible for supporting the logistics of relief missions providing assistance to internally displaced Karen, Karenni and Shan communities in Burma.

Overall responsible for development of the charity, fundraising, media and policy work.

Responsible for income generation, supporter engagement and partnerships

Managing the campaign to release human rights activist, James Mawdsley, from prison in Burma, following his peaceful protest. James was released after 14months of solitary confinement to international media attention.
