I was the primary customer facing representative for Verizon's in Franchise Area for Public Safety/9-1-1 in Florida, driving total revenues of nearly $40 million over 4 years.

Responsibilities include account management for ANI/ALI Database Services, E9-1-1 Network, and Public Safety Equipment solutions for Verizon's in Franchise counties. Efforts have resulted in several new product developments as well as 'First to market' deployments of 9-1-1 solutions.Unlike most account managers or sales based performers my focus is NOT transactional but on the larger picture. Customer focused relationships with a consultative nature has allowed me to repeatedly gain trust and win business. I also worked closely with local, county, and statewide government bodies, as well as wire line, wireless, broadband, and other communications companies to insure proper routing and delivery of mission critical information and solutions in the Public Safety segment.
