I've been in real estate since 1988 in a variety of capacities, including brokerage, investment, development, and third-party review. I've taught undergraduate and graduate real estate courses at USC and I'm presently a Real Estate Instructor at UCLA Extension where I periodically teach courses in Real Estate Investment Analysis, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Market Analysis, and Advanced Real Estate Finance. I also teach Livestream real estate courses for California real estate pre-licensees, and I'm an Accounting student at UCLA.
