• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the unbiased testing of prototype combat vehicles, UAVs, and crew- served weapons, ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments to streamline testing processes and support product development.• vet information to be released for vehicles and related systems tests, ensuring compliance with U.S. and international security guidelines, particularly when working with foreign nationals.• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate identified issues, thereby ensuring the overall success of the testing program.• Organize and research government requirements such as mission essential functions of programs.• Develop and maintain detailed test schedules, resource plans, and budgets aligned with programobjectives and customer requirements.• Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and policies, including those related tosafety and environmental protection.• Provide subject matter expertise to government test officers, offering guidance in the operation,maintenance, and repair of combat vehicles and related systems.• Prepare and present regular status updates and recommendations to senior management, customers, andother stakeholders, fostering productive relationships.• Participate in the planning, design, and modernization of vehicles and equipment, collaborating withvendors and government personnel to approve technical approaches, products, and processes.• Manage logistics data, receive parts, and document any modifications and equipment used.• Mentor and provide leadership to team members, fostering a culture that values continuous learning,innovation, and teamwork.
