Performs as a Lead Mechanic when assigned by the Team Leader or by higher management personnel.o Documentation of a Lead Mechanic assignment shall be recorded thru Work Turnover logbook.o This additional assignment does not include approval of overtime work and personnel’s application for fringe benefits.o This additional responsibility is not permanent and be given to other mechanic to be trained into next higher position.
