-Supervises and maintaining safe and efficient operation of Routine and non-routine Maintenance tasks is carried out in accordance with approved publications/instructions using approved parts.-Manages team of Flight Line and Aircraft Maintenance Technicians and ensuring aircraft serviceability.-Ensure that the aircraft maintenance technicians are carrying out aircraft and component maintenance safety, efficiently and to the highest standards.-Coordinate with Aircraft Maintenance Planners to ensure scheduled maintenance will not affect the daily flying requirements.-Liaises with Material Planners to ensure sufficient spares available for maintenance activities.-Ensure maintenance team follows safety procedure and practices.-Guide team members in aircraft maintenance activities.-Report and Raise any observations, through appropriate processes with regards to improvement, safety management and customer satisfaction.-Manage annual leave plan of the team.

 Performs maintenance (S1, S2, A, C up to D) checks, minor/ major repairs, component changes and modifications on customer aircraft. Perform analysis on process improvement of the division. Assigns on domestic station to perform tasks prior to departure Accomplishes routine and non-routine checks in accordance with the customer maintenance program. Determines defects, unsatisfactory and unsafe condition present in aircraft and diagnoses causes to pinpoint areas or system where corrective actions are necessary. Accomplishes modification instructions and alteration issued by Engineering to satisfy manufacturer, customer and government regulatory specifications. Accomplishes various Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Action Orders to satisfy customers’ needs. Executes all work assigned in an efficient and cost-effective manner in order to help maximize the utilization of the Company’s resources of manpower, materials, equipment and facilities. Signs off work accomplishment on all maintenance documents and accomplished other forms of paper works which may be necessary in the performance of their duties. Maintains a clean and neat working area at al times and follows all company safety rules and regulations. Drives and operates service vehicles and ground equipment necessary to accomplish all maintenance activities. Performs related duties as may be assigned by his superiors. Performs as a Lead Mechanic when assigned by the Team Leader or by higher management personnel.o Documentation of a Lead Mechanic assignment shall be recorded thru Work Turnover logbook.o This additional assignment does not include approval of overtime work and personnel’s application for fringe benefits.o This additional responsibility is not permanent and be given to other mechanic to be trained into next higher position.
