Managed and directed a Multi-Million Dollar design and build project including the complete renovation of the HVAC, Chilled Water, Audio/Visual, Network, and Electrical Systems to include General Construction of the Joint Special Operations Command’s Joint Operations Center located at Fort Bragg, NC.

Managed a $3.4 Million Dollar renovation of the Emergency Room and Outpatient Clinic at the Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. Conducted meticulous management of the project scope, project planning, scheduling, budget, safety program, and quality assurance/control measures through all project phases.

Managed, directed, and supervised construction, repair, and modification projects of Pre-Stressed Conctrete Water Storage tanks for potable and waste water purposes.
