Replicated enables software vendors to expand their addressable customer markets by speeding delivery and streamlining ongoing management of their Kubernetes apps to customers with self-hosting requirements (on premises, VPC, air gap). Even to customers that don’t yet have Kubernetes.Currently, our platform is used by over 100 ISVs including HashiCorp, Puppet, CircleCI, and UiPath. As a result over 60 of the Fortune 100 have applications deployed by Replicated in their infrastructure.

- Initially hired to lead and turn around the Southeast Enterprise segment. Role quickly expanded to include the North Central US. - Through development, coaching and implementing Command of Message, Value Selling and MEDDIC sales methodologies and processes, the combined segments grew 151% YoY in ARR.

- Across 3FY's, Opened 155 Net New Customers across All Verticals (15 R2K's); Grew Area 409%- Recruited, Trained and Developed 2 RSMs and 10 Reps in a 12 month period (5 RSMs & 20 Reps in total)- Drove sales execution via MEDDIC, Command of Message, Value Framework and financial selling

Managed a Team of eight sales specialists and nine sales engineers covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi for EMC's Backup & Recovery Division. At the time, BRS was a $3.5B division of EMC focused on delivering solutions that protect a customer's number one asset, their data. Both SW and HW solutions were centered around Back-up, Recovery, Archive, Object Storage and the Cloud.

Led a sales team focused on designing solutions to fit customer's needs surrounding core data storage and data protection.

Progressed through the ranks as an individual contributor in the business sales organization from inside sales to my last assignment as an enterprise account manager. Completed career transition from the enterprise part of the business to the consumer group with management responsibility for building out the u-verse sales organization for a defined geography along the Gulf Coast.
