Along my journey I’ve consistently finished top in my market month over month as an individual and as a leader managing a store.I create these exceptional results through being an expert in people and an expert in the business. I showed my team how to build their funnel and find opportunities with customers. I am a firm believer in practice what you preach. I am the first one to cold call and canvass for leads to help facilitate warm leads to my team. I manage sales targets and behaviors daily for 8 sales representatives. I manage all audit expectations for my location. I also take on task to help other locations to help the district and the market.
